First things first, this picture is a snapshot taken directly from Yelp. The reviews shown were written by actual Yelp members and were in no way influenced by Rent A Vet Movers.
The main point of this post is to identify patterns when researching reviews. We are now armed with laptops, tablets and smartphones and access to trend data is right at our fingertips. Online reviews are huge when it comes to moving companies. Lets face it, moving is a serious undertaking and can be quite costly. Many people want to have an idea of what to expect from those responsible for transporting their lifes possessions.
Here at Rent A Vet Movers we pride ourselves in the fact that we maintain one of the best online reputations in the area. You will notice that we emphasized the word maintain because holding on to that reputation takes work and it takes a commitment to consistency. If you take the time to research several different moving companies you will observe things that can arm you with valuable information.
For instance every moving company will eventually receive some sort of negative feedback. How often do they receive negative feedback? Is it once a month or every other month or is it every other review? Do they respond to the review and if so do they offer solutions or excuses?
Extend your search to multiple review sites, dont rely on only one site. Check Google, Yelp, Angies List, Facebook, BBB, Thumbtack and other review sites to get a better picture. The more feedback you have to sift through the easier it is to get a feel for the company’s overall track record.
